La Inteligencia de las flores

¿Es siempre preciso que nos avisen y que no podamos caer de rodillas si alguien no nos dice que Dios pasa?. Si has amado profundamente, nadie ha tenido que hacerte observar que tu alma era algo tan grande como los mundos; que los astros, las flores, las olas de la noche y las del mar no eran solitarios, que nada concluía y que todo empezaba en el umbral de las apariencias; y que hasta los labios que besabas pertenecían a un ser mucho más elevado, mucho más bello, mucho más puro que aquel que tus brazos estrechaban. Viste entonces lo que no se ve en la vida sin embriaguez. ¿Pero no se puede vivir como si se amase siempre?. Los héroes y los santos no hicieron otra cosa…
